In the spirit of Frederic Law Olmsted (GCA and Olmsted 200: Parks: Where Nature Meets Community), Project Dogwood, and the AGC’s continued efforts to plant Dogwood trees in public spaces, the Augusta Garden Club gathered on April 23, 2021 to celebrate the planting of seven trees in memory of Past President Nat Sowers in Gypsy Hill Park. The Sowers family was present.
