Memorial Tree Planting Presentation with City Horticulturist Matt Sensabaugh and the Sowers Family

In the spirit of Frederic Law Olmsted (GCA and Olmsted 200: Parks: Where Nature Meets Community), Project Dogwood, and the AGC's continued efforts to plant Dogwood trees in public spaces, the Augusta Garden Club has planted seven trees in memory of Past President Nat Sowers in Gypsy Hill Park. The Sowers family will be present. It is also the Arbor Day Celebration in Gypsy Hill Park which includes the Augusta Garden Club's Project Dogwood Trees.
The Augusta Garden Club is a 501(c)(3) organization. Donations are tax deductible when no goods or services are provided in consideration of the contribution.
